7 LIFESAVING WAYS TO HAVE A SAFE SEX

Not happy in the bedroom? You aren’t the only one. According to the Durex Sexual Wellbeing Survey, only 44 percent of people are fully satisfied with their sex lifesaving. Follow these tips to make sex lifesaving.

1. Be comfortable naked

None of us are perfect. For the best sex lifesaving, however, we should like how we look naked. Most women suffer from issues with negative body image. Boost your body confidence by eating right, exercising regularly and learning to love your body. Stand in front of the mirror naked and find something to like, no matter if it’s your shoulders or your butt. Write it down and say it out loud to yourself. Ask your partner what parts he likes best and add them to your affirmation list. Before you know it, you’ll be loving your naked body.

2. Get a massage

If you are stressed out and often not in the mood, draw yourself a bath and have a glass of wine. When you get out, ask your partner for a sensual massage. A head-to-toe massage is a fantastic precursor to sex. Releasing tension will improve your energy and blood flow and this will make your Sex Lifesaving.

3. Pleasure yourself

Having trouble orgasming? Get in touch with your body by touching your erogenous zones. No matter what your mom says, masturbation has never made anyone go blind. Pleasure yourself with your hand, a dildo or a vibrator to learn what you like. And don’t be afraid to masturbate in front of your man. He’ll love it! and you both will make your sex lifesaving better than before.

4. Bring a vibrator to bed

Some women just physically can’t have an orgasm from vaginal sex alone, and fingers or a tongue might not work fast enough for others to do when u need them. That’s why you shouldn’t be afraid to bring a personal massager into your bedroom. Some men think there’s something wrong (with him or her) if a women wants a vibrator in the bedroom, but using a vibrator together can be very pleasurable than u are using it in alone but thats your own personal choice if u have to do it in alone. Think of sex toys as a bonus, not as a substitute for your man bcz if u do things like this so, your sexual life and nornal life both will get distroy bcz of this kind of needs and desires of yours so, just be aware of this kind of things with your men. The Durex Play Vibrations Connect offers shared pleasure. You’ll both enjoy the good vibrations.

5. Get wet.

Vaginal dryness is a problem for many women. It can make sexual intercourse irritating or downright painful. Get wet with one of the lubricants made especially for women. Durex offers a variety of lubricants including Play Utopia (female arousal gel) and Play Tingling (lubricant and massage lotion).

6. Try a new position

If the missionary position has become the only position in your household, it’s time to mix things up. For starters, get on top; it provides a great visual for him, and you can control the motion. Doggie style is also a fabulous choice because he can thrust deeper inside you and hit your G-spot more easily. Plus, his hands are free to roam your body.

7. Have an oral-only night

If you love oral sex and aren’t getting enough of it, make intercourse off limits for the night and pleasure each other through oral stimulation only. Be willing to give as much as you receive because this kind of things will inprove your sex life and oral sex night can make you wet many times and give you pleasure as much as you need but this can only be possible when you partner also have the same kind of urge as you have at that time .

4 Common Sex Problem Couple Face

4 Common Sex Problem Couple Face

If you believe that newlyweds have the best sex life, then you’re wrong. Many newlywed couples face severe problems in physical compatibility which often leads to issues and disputes in the marriage. With emotional and physical attachment tied together couple, it’s difficult to leave sex out, because ultimately, it plays a huge role in one’s intimate life.

1. Use of contraceptives

4 Common Sex Problem Couple Face

Many men are inexperienced when it comes to sex couple. And so, they might not know how to use a condom. Such men get embarrassed at that moment, causing them to lose their erection. The wife also doesn’t know how to respond to this situation and so, it becomes a very humiliating matter.  Hence, here are some of the most identifiable sex problems that newlyweds face. The prevention of unintended pregnancies helps to lower maternal ill-health and the number of pregnancy-related deaths. Delaying pregnancies in young girls who are at increased risk of health problems from early childbearing and preventing pregnancies among older women who also face increased risks, are important health benefits of couple family planning.

2. Lack of passion

4 Common Sex Problem Couple Face

If a man prematurely ejaculates or if the woman fails to orgasm the first few times, the couple tends to assume that their sex life is set to doom. Without passion the first few times, it becomes way too dull, and hence, couples avoid getting into intimate situation. In such cases, one must remember that great sex only happens with time and practice.

It’s hard to believe that you share about 98% of your DNA with a creature causing you this much panic. Most of us don’t like to think of ourselves as animals, let alone primates. We prefer to understand ourselves as higher beings — human beings, to be exact, not at all similar to the apes roaming the wild terrain.

But reality tells a different story, whether we choose to acknowledge it or not. As a sex therapist, I have come to understand that this reality has much to do with what turns you on, and whether or not you enjoy your sex life.

3. Doubts about frequently having sex

4 Common Sex Problem Couple Face

Newlywed couples are usually at the peak of their sexual desire, just after marriage and they love to make out or have sex at least a few times a day. However, after a point, they get uncomfortable at the thought of how much sex is really normal for both. One might feel too needy than the other, which can be uneasy after some time.

Sex indeed comes with multiple benefits but that does not mean that it should be a daily and compulsory chore of life. It is completely fine for you to restrict the number of times you have sex in a day or week. This is because it does not always happen that both partners want to have sex at the same time or as frequently as the other one.

Moreover, it is the willingness of both partners that makes the carnal act more gratifying and enjoyable. Forcing someone to have sex is known as sexual coercion and is not advisable.

4. Believing certain myths

4 Common Sex Problem Couple Face

The age-old myth of a woman bleeding on her first night signifying her virginity still exists. And if she doesn’t, the husband immediately rejects her, and hence, problems arise in the marriage. Additionally, if a man isn’t able to satisfy the woman, he becomes the center of all jokes, creating utmost pressure on them.

Whether you’re a beginner or an expert in the field of sex and intercourse, extra knowledge can never do any harm. Many of us have always had numerous questions regarding se in our mind, which we either overlook or feel embarrassed to ask our close ones about. While there are many things about sex we can learn through experience and/or through external materials, there are certain things that can only be unraveled after the deed is done and the ugly consequences are left for us to bear.

That being said, there are common beliefs or myths about sex that are completely false.

12 Hollywood Movies People Love The Most

12 Top Most Watched Hollywood Movies.

If you’re looking for both quality and quantity in your next movie night, I have the list for you: the best Hollywood Movies & series. There are plenty of reasons banging out film franchises is a better idea than watching a bunch of one-off movies.

1. Twilight

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson defined the late 2000s and early 2010s thanks to the Twilight saga. And you can relive all the vampire drama through the blockbuster film adaptations now that they’re available for streaming.

2. Star Wars

Talk about a film franchise that has stood the test of time. There are nine films in the Star Wars franchise, and the oldest one dates back to 1977. And this isn’t even counting spin-offs like Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Solo: A Star Wars Story, or any of the series on Disney+ like The Mandalorian. So, yeah, you’ll have a lot to get through so, thats why people love this the most and it was added in the list of best hollywood movies.

3. Toy Story

There’s never a bad time to relive your childhood. Take a stroll down memory lane with Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, and all your favorite toys from Andy’s seriously impressive collection. If you want maximum tears, I recommend Toy Story 3. That final scene when all the toys think they’re about to “die”? I can’t. A prequel all about Buzz is set to premiere this summer.

4. The Conjuring

When The Conjuring first hit theaters in 2013, the horror movie scared the world and earned a whopping 85% on Rotten Tomatoes. Such strong foundation lends itself to a slew of follow-ups, making it the movie with the most sequels in the shortest amount of time. This universe has eight films you can watch, with two more reportedly on the way and is added in the best hollywood movies.

5. The Marvel Cinematic Universe

I could list every superhero film on this list, but why not group them all right now? The Avengers films alone include all the heavy hitters: the aforementioned Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Black Panther, The Hulk, Black Widow, Thor. (And yes, Thor will get his own slide on this list because he’s my crush.

6. Shrek

Shrek may be a series designed for kids, but the humor is sophisticated enough that it works on adults too. This story of an ogre who saves a princess locked in a tower and falls in love with her still endures nearly 20 years after the first film and is added in best hollywood movies. And while the sequels never quite live up to the original, they’re entertaining nonetheless.

7. Nightmare on Elm Street

This film franchise is actually a nightmare. Imagine having a monster with knives as fingers haunt your dreams, which means every time you fall asleep, you’re in grave danger. Freddy Krueger might just be the creepiest monster on the planet, which ironically makes it a great movie series to binge watch.

8. Pirates of the Caribbean

Johnny Depp is Captain Jack Sparrow in these mega-blockbuster hit movies. The voice, the walk, the mannerisms—it’s a completely transformative performance. Especially when you compare it with something like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory right after. Orlando Bloom and Kiera Knightley soar in their Pirates roles, as well.

9. James Bond

One of the biggest movie franchises of all time, the James Bond saga has a loyal, devout following no matter what actor is playing 007. For me, the thrill of a James Bond movie is always in the theme song. From Adele’s “Skyfall” to Billie Eilish’s “No Time to Die,” there are some heavy hitters. (Justice for Madonna’s “Die Another Day,” BTW

10. Harry Potter

It’s levi-oh-sa, not levio-sahh. This is just one of the many iconic lines from this literally magical franchise about a young boy who learns he’s one of the most powerful wizards in the world. Come for the magic; stay for Neville Longbottom’s glow-up. When you’re done with the O.G. franchise, check out the Fantastic Beasts spin-offs.

11. Bridget Jones

Who doesn’t love a rom-com series? Bridget Jones is certainly filled with charm and intrigue, so much so that the latest movie, Bridget Jones’s Baby, came out in 2016—12 years after the last sequel. When asked in January 2020 whether she would reprise the role again, Renée Zellweger “I mean, that’s a Helen [Fielding, the author] question, but I hope she would want to. I know she wrote a book, so maybe. I’m always the last to know. They’re already building sets, and they call me and say, ‘What do you think?’ It’s fun. It’s so much fun. Man, I’d love the experience of revisiting her. I love her. I just think she’s so much fun. She’s the best. Sure, if I got invited to do that, that sounds like fun.”

12. Fast and Furious

Who knew that a movie about fast cars would morph into a cultural phenomenon? The Fast and Furious franchise is so popular that there’s no end in sight to the sequels and spin-offs that continue to be made. Will it become the longest movie series of all time? Maybe! F9, the ninth movie in the series, was released in 2021, and a 10th is already in the works.

Top 10 Most Expensive Alcohol In The World

TOP 10 MOST EXPENSIVE ALCOHOL IN THE WORLD

Lets, ‘s Talk About Top 10 Most Expensive Alcohol in the World Everyone likes a drink every now and again, but if you find yourself paying for some of these, you might be inclined to drink something non-alcoholic, instead! You’re gonna have to be ballin’ to get a round in of any of these!
Here’s a list of the 10 most expensive alcoholic drinks in the world.

1. Billionaire Vodka – $3.7 Million

It was kind of obvious that the number one spot might be taken by a brand that includes “billionaire” in the name, right?
Well, Billionaire Vodka did exactly that. With a brand motto of “It’s good to be the king”, Billionaire Vodka produces the alcoholic drink entirely by hand and completely on demand.

Each bottle uses a top-secret Russian recipe and is made in small micro-batches to ensure exclusivity.

The huge five-litre bottle is covered in approximately 3,000 diamonds and Swarovski crystals and designed by Leon Verre.
Billionaire Vodka is the most expensive alcoholic drink in the world thats why it is added in the top 10 most expensive alcohol in the world.

2. Russo-Baltique Vodka – $1.35 Million

The next most expensive alcoholic drink on the list is Russo-Baltique Vodka.
Costing a whopping $1.35 Million for a bottle, you’re going to really need to love your Vodka to buy a bottle of this stuff.
The bottles are made to look like vintage automobiles, and each bottle top is made from 100% pure gold with inlaid diamonds.

Don’t worry though, unless you’re a Russian billionaire or oligarch, you won’t be targeted with any crazy marketing campaigns or followed around the internet with ads. It’s aimed solely at the above-mentioned target market, as they’re about the only ones that can afford it and it is added in top 10 most expensive alcohol in the world.

3. Mendis Coconut Brandy VS – $1 Million

Coconut always goes well with drinks, but Mendis created a brandy made from coconuts entirely, so it’s no surprise that it might fetch such a high price!
Each bottle is numbered and signed by the House of Mendis founder, W.M Mendis. But despite its uniqueness and limited numbers, $1 Million for a bottle of alcohol is still absolutely absurd to say the least.

4. Macallan 64 Year Old In Lalique – $625,000

Coming in at number seven is the most expensive whiskey in the world: Macallan 64 Year Old In Lalique.
It was actually made to break records, so it’s no surprise that has one hell of a price tag.
Macallan is famous for producing high-quality single-malt whiskey, so when they decided to embark on this challenge, it’s not surprising that they went all in.

Only four bottles were ever created and combined with the craftsmanship of the bottle and the whiskey itself is what makes this drink so darn expensive. Apparently, each bottle is made from pure, hand-cut crystal and weighs 25 pounds without any liquor inside and it is added in top 10 most expensive alcohol in the world.
.

5. 1945 Romanee-Conti Wine – $558,000

They only produced 600 bottles in 1945, which is also significant because this was the last year before they replaced their vines.
The wine was on sale with Sotheby’s, and they described it as “concentrated and exotic, with seemingly everlasting power — a wine at peace with itself.”
Couple that with the “provenance” of owning this bottle and it’s easy to see why it sold for $558,000.

6. The Sapphire Revelation By Bombay – $200,000

One of the most recognisable gin bottles in the world is from Bombay, London’s most well-known gin company.
However, they decided to go one step further and create a limited edition series called the Sapphire Revelation.
For $200,000, you’ll receive a jewel-shaped bottle, made from Baccarat crystal, diamonds and sapphires, filled with the best gin the company has ever created.

After you finish enjoying the gin, you might be able to re-sell the bottle, or keep it as an impressive one of a kind house ornament.

7. Penfold Ampoule – $170,000

The Penfolds Ampoule is one of the most striking bottles on our list.
It’s hand blown and makes one hell of an impact, which certainly helps justify its insane price tag!
There are only twelve handmade bottles of this expensive wine on the planet, all are individually numbered and all were crafted by South Australias finest craftsmen.

You’ll get a certificate of ownership and Authenticity signed by the Chief Winemaker of the project when you hand over $170,000 and it is added in top 10 most expensive alcohol in the world.
.

8. Diamond Jubilee By Johnnie Walker – $165,000

Coming in at number 14 on our list of most expensive alcoholic drinks is this Diamond Jubilee Whisky by Johnnie Walker.
Johnnie Walker is known for making some of the most expensive drinks in the world.
Their Diamond Jubilee series was created to celebrate the Queen’s 60th coronation anniversary in Britain and is considered to be the best whiskey ever created by Johnnie Walker.

The bottle should also get some credit as it’s made from Baccarat crystal casings, and is encrusted with a half-carat diamonds.
Get your $165,000 ready this Friday night.

9. The Winston Cocktail – $12,790 per glass

Regularly topping the charts as one of the most expensive alcoholic drinks in the world, the Winston Cocktail is only available from one Australian bartender.
The drink features a number of the most expensive liquours in the world, like Grand Marnier Quintessence.
A major reason for the price is that the cognac it uses is extremely limited, so they have to pick and choose the right clientele to enjoy the drink, and charge accordingly and it is added in top 10 most expensive alcohol in the world.

The cocktail is famous for looking like blown glass when it’s ready to drink.

10. Salvatore’s Legacy – $8,316

With the title as the worlds oldest cocktail, Salvatore’s Legacy is Playboy London’s house drink of choice.
Each cocktail is made by the legendary bartender himself, Salvatore Calabrese.
He blends and mixes four main ingredients: 1778 Clos de Griffier Vieux Cognac, 1770 Kümmel Liqueur, circa-1860 Dubb Orange Curaçao, and a little Angostura bitters from the early 1900s.
This makes for one exquisite and expensive cocktail, but also a great experience.

Rufous-headed Hornbills have an interesting way of protecting their little ones: both mama and papa use saliva and mud to build a wall across the entrance to a tree cavity, essentially sealing the female and eggs inside. They leave a small hole at the top through which the male can pass food.
